In another life, and under my real name, I have over 30 years marketing and communications experience working for several leading organisations including Ronseal, Stanley, Cow & Gate, Bassett’s, Dept. for Work & Pensions and National Grid.

And in that time, I have managed and directed high profile advertising campaigns including getting the right voice over. So now the tables are turned.

However, I am no stranger to be sitting behind a microphone. In parallel to my marketing career, I spent 14 years as a professional broadcaster working for Hallam FM, Great Yorkshire Gold, Magic AM, Magic 828 and Home FM.

I was responsible for presenting, producing and self-directing a range of programmes from breakfast to drivetime, from mid-morning to late-night and from weekend sports coverage to outside broadcasts.
