MEET THE VOICE
An extremely versatile northern British voiceover /voice actor / voiceover artist with a talent for northern British accents and characters. Jenny can deliver an articulate, honest and engaging read in Liverpudlian (Scouse) and Mancunian as well as her natural Lancashire accent. An impeccable sight reader, Jenny is your go-to voice artist for that elusive ‘real read.’
In the late teens to early 40’s age range Jenny’s voice has been described as genuine, down-to-earth, relatable, confident, youth, hip, bright, clear, chatty, melodic, quirky, open, animated, believable, natural, real, upbeat, honest.
From commercial to corporate and character Jenny delivers broadcast quality voiceover from her professional home studio for TV, radio, animation, film, online, audiobooks, promo, product demo, e-learning, in-store, on-hold and IVR.
And characters? Well what do you need? Sloany, excitable Aussie, bumbling old Lord, deep south redneck, Texan dixie chick, well spoken newsreader, Californian valley girl, aggressive Russian, French seductress, Lancashire lass, edgy Landan teen innit… give her 20 minutes prep and there isn’t much Jenny can’t do.
Jenny is a highly experienced voice artist and a trained actor with ActUPNorth. She has also enjoyed a 10 year career in Radio. Jenny understands the creative process – the importance of interpreting copy and taking direction effectively. As a result, commercial delivery comes naturally to her.
