Well, hello! After being “too tall” to join the UK Fire Service (6’6″) I successfully completed a Law degree. Then joined the Fire Service when they removed the height restriction.

I wanted to spread my wings and tried my hand at stand up comedy. I moved into radio presentation with BFBS in Northern Ireland and Lincs FM in the UK before taking up the role of Voice Over for Premier Sports and Free Sports in the UK, which I still produce today.

I wrote, presented and produced the Dan Life Coach podcast on iTunes and was awarded the title of “new and noteworthy” on the iTunes charts.

I am based in Ireland with my family now but still maintain my full Yorkshire passport and accent. I am also an actor and have appeared in commercials and dramas, mainly here in Ireland.

I have a purpose built studio and can often be found in there looking busy.

The studio is equipped with the following: 1 x Rode Nt1a Microphone, 3 x MXL 990 condenser microphones. Mackie ProFX 8 mixing desk. 2 x Yamaha HS5 Active Nearfield Monitor – 70W, 5”. Apple iMac computer. iPad for scripts. Clients can oversee in the process in person or by remote link via Skype or FaceTime.
