I have had a long and fruitful career as a theatre actress and drama instructor working mainly with children but also in experimental theatre. Over the last two years I have started narrating Audiobooks and I have found something which brings my love of performing and storytelling together.

I have produced and narrated 22 books for Audible and I am particularly proud of the series of 6 books which make up The Circle of Ceridwen Saga by Octavia Randolph. As well as the books I have produced commercials for Hotpoint, McCarthy and Stone, Elanders, E-Learning courses, scientific labs and Swedish Air-con.

I am excited about computer games and would love to voice characters because my voice is very flexible and I love an interesting story.

Nano has totally smashed it 🙂 that’s perfect. The last line definitely packs a bit more punch and now has the right emphasis I was looking for. The speed is also much clearer and let’s the words and scenes breath. Can’t wait to start animating! Thank you so, so much for her performance, I’m really happy with the result! The animation probably won’t be completed until later this year, but I’ll make sure to let you know when it’s available to view.

Nano Nagle is, amongst all her many other dramatic accomplishments, “The Voice of The Saga”. I am the author of the historical fiction adventure series, The Circle of Ceridwen Saga, and Nano is in the process of recording Book Six now. Thousands of my readers have become enthralled listeners to her audio book performance of these novels. These are challenging works, written in slightly archaic cadence, employing Old English and Old Norse words and names, and with a multiplicity of characters. Her ability to inhabit any character, from the title character, who in Book One is a fifteen year old Welsh girl, to seasoned Viking warriors, to nine year old boys, to wise old women, continues to astonish and delight me, even after listening to so many hours of her performance.
