Acting background
I’m a professionally trained actress, performing on screen and on stage around the world since 22. I took prestigious actor training in London before embarking on a stage career that involved Greek tragedy, satirical comic sketch shows, character work, improv comedy, improvisation, modern drama, radio, and a good deal of Shakespeare. I also sing a little!
Creative directors love working with me because with my theatre background I don’t just say the words in front of me – I get into the mindset of the company voice and speak as if I really mean it. I’m the voice of a friend, a trustworthy advisor who sounds authentic when they speak to your customers. I can be versatile: dial it up or down, play with pace, accent (ranging from Received Pronunciation to Regional, Hertfordshire / Estuary or Neutral British) voice age, tonality, and intention to really nail exactly how you want to sound.

Script services
Before training in classical acting I gained a First Class Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from a well-regarded British university. I am also qualified as a proof-reader. As a native British English speaker I’m uniquely skilled to offer an expert view on your English script, and I can offer scriptwriting, script editing, localisation and proofreading services to improve how it sounds to a native British ear.
I can read and understand complex language easily (including scientific, medical, and financial jargon) and am even comfortable pronouncing foreign words (French, Russian, Spanish and German) and archaic forms of English. I studied poetry and performance, so I can offer poetic, rhythmical, and spoken word style readings.
